Please use this form if you are requesting to do your tutorial with our Brisbane test centre.

Step 2: Schedule your appointment and make payment.

Step 3: Complete the application form.

Step 4: Submit the form.

Your application has not been completed until you press the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the screen. You will know your form has been submitted successfully once a green tick appears on the screen.

All tutorials and feedback appointments are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet.
