Notice regarding ISLPR Tutorials and Feedback
As you may be aware from our previous notices, ISLPR Language Services has been keeping up to date with any relevant advice provided by health authorities in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). If you would like to read our latest update, please click here.
Due to the close nature of the services offered at ISLPR Language Services (one-to-one appointments between the candidate and a tester in a small meeting room), we have decided to conduct all tutorial and feedback appointments via Skype only.
Due to the growing concern in relation to COVID-19, we have made the decision to only conduct tutorial and feedback appointments via Skype, regardless of your location. Previously, if you were located in Brisbane, you could attend your appointment in person at our Brisbane office. This will no longer be the case and you will only have the option to take the tutorial or feedback appointment via Skype.
Of course, we will still be offering ISLPR tests from our office in Brisbane, unless advised otherwise by health authorities.
This decision was not an easy one to make however, we feel this will ensure we can continue to provide a personalised service while being mindful of our customers’ and staff members’ well-being.
HOW TO BOOK
- Ensure you have a Skype account (Skype is free).
- If you are unable to use Skype for any reason, please advise us so we can make alternative arrangements (e.g. Zoom).
- Submit an application form along with payment online via our website: https://buy.islpr.org/
- Schedule your appointment online through our appointment scheduler: https://www2.registerblast.com/islpr/Exam/List
Your tutor will call you on Skype at the time you have selected. Please note, we only offer tutorials during business hours (Monday – Friday, 10AM-5PM AEST).
